Tom Fogec, President of Fogec Consultants Inc., is a former Senior Vice President and General Manager of a nationwide outplacement firm, Vice President of Human Resources at a Wisconsin bank holding company and Principal with a major worldwide Human Resources Consulting Firm. He has spoken to numerous professional organizations and has been quoted frequently in the media. Tom has also taught courses on Strategic Staffing Issues in the MBA Program at Keller Graduate School.
